MG GT in KSA

Why does the MG GT's air conditioning only blow towards the front windshield, and the other direction buttons don't work? What could be the reason?

Does anyone experience a situation where, while driving a manual transmission car at high speed, the RPM suddenly goes up but the speed remains the same?

My MG GT experiences jerky acceleration, and there's a squeaking sound when I turn the steering while driving. Additionally, there's a squeaking noise when I rev the engine after parking. What could be the issue?
